Cases were registered against 300 people during a combing operation carried out by the Kochi City police late on Saturday night (March 8).

These include 77 cases related to the sale and use of narcotic drugs, 193 cases of drunk driving, and 27 cases under the Abkari Act. Over 500 police personnel were deployed for the operation, which was conducted by teams under the supervision of Deputy Commissioners of Police, according to a release.
