CM pats student for innovative app that detects heart diseases in 7 seconds

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu lauded the efforts of a 14-year-old student, Siddharth Nandyala, who recently developed an app, ‘CircadiaV’, that uses AI to detect heart diseases in just seven seconds. The student, hailing from Anantapur and now settled in the U.S., met the Chief Minister at the Secretariat on Monday.

The student also conducted tests on patients at the Guntur Government General Hospital using a smartphone. Upon learning about his innovation, the Chief Minister invited Siddharth to meet him. He reviewed Siddharth’s profile and congratulated him on his achievement.

According to a press release, Mr. Naidu expressed his vision for global Telugu talent to make groundbreaking contributions in various fields, especially in healthcare. ‘‘I always dream of such innovations and feel immense satisfaction when students like Siddharth achieve success,’‘ he said and encouraged Siddharth to pursue further innovations in AI, assuring him of full support from the Andhra Pradesh government.

Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan also extended his congratulations to Siddharth. His family, originally from Anantapur, moved to the U.S. in 2010. Siddharth’s father Mahesh, and Health Minister Y. Satya Kumar Yadav accompanied him during the meeting.
