Kozhikode: Aswathi Achu and Mukkatt Premnath were presented with the second Darius Marshall Endowment Award by M.K. Raghavan, Kozhikode MP, here on Sunday (March 23). The award, instituted in memory of Marshall, who was the head of a Parsi family in Kozhikode and an active presence in the social and cultural spheres in the city, is given to people who do selfless service for society. It carries a purse of ₹1 lakh, a sculpture, and a citation. This year, the prize money was distributed among Ms. Aswathi and Mr. Premnath. The event was held at the Rotary Youth Centre, Chakkorathukulam.
