COIMBATORE: Officials from the Directorate of Enforcement (Chennai Zone) are conducting a search at the residence of Manivannan, who is the younger brother of KN Nehru, minister for municipal administration, urban and water supply, at Masakalipalayam in Coimbatore city.
True Value Home (TVH) has been constructing luxury villas and flats in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, and a few more cities in the state and selling them to the public.
Minister KN Nehru’s younger brother, Manivannan, resides in a flat at TVH Ekanta apartment at Masakalipalayam. Minister Nehru’s younger brother’s family members own the TVH property developer firm.
On Monday, around 7 am, officials from the ED arrived at the TVH Ekanta flat in three cars. They launched the searches in the morning.
ED is conducting searches at various places belonging to Minister KN Nehru and his family members in Chennai and Trichy.
