Kourtney Kardashian subtly shot down online speculation — again — that she is pregnant with another baby.
“Rumors have it that you’re pregnant, Kourtney,” a social media user commented on Kardashian’s Friday, August 8, Instagram carousel of her family trip to Idaho.
The Lemme founder, 46, responded in the comments section, coyly denying the claims.
“Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs 🤙🏼,” Kardashian wrote.
Weeks earlier, Kardashian got similar pregnancy speculation that she also shut down.
“Or breast-feeding, eating gelato, focaccia, pasta, not working out and living my best damn life, baby,” she retorted in the comments of a July 18 upload.

“World Breast-feeding Week! 21 months and going strong,” Kardashian wrote via her Instagram Stories on Friday, sharing a nursing photo. “I told my baby, we would breast-feed when he was in my tummy every day after doctors told me he probably wouldn’t be able to breast-feed.”
She continued, “I prayed about it, and I believed it. Blessed and grateful for this beautiful life and experience together with my baby.”
Rocky is Kardashian’s fourth child. She also shares sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, as well as daughter Penelope, 12, with former partner Scott Disick. Barker, 49, also has children from a previous relationship. He coparents son Landon, 21, and daughter Alabama, 19, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler and is a father figure to Moakler’s 26-year-old daughter, Atiana.
Kardashian’s pregnancy with Rocky, however, was different from her previous ones due, in part, to her age.
“This time, unlike the other three, I was followed by a different group of doctors, who gave me many restrictions in the first months,” she told Vanity Fair Italia in October 2023. “No workouts, no Pilates, no caffeine and no plane trips. Even no sex!”
The reality TV star added at the time, “I think all this caution made me a little afraid because, in the past, I never had to be so careful. It took me a while to let go of the fear.”
Kardashian and Barker had undergone a cycle of in vitro fertilization (IVF) before conceiving naturally.
“I felt like I was doing something that wasn’t right for me,” she told the Italian magazine. “My intuition was telling me that it wasn’t suitable for me – I don’t even take medicine, imagine — that it was working against my body rather than for it.”
