Rohit Khanna, network director for public health at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, has been re-elected as the regional chair for the Southeast Region of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB). In this role, he will collaborate with stakeholders across the region, in coordination with the IAPB global office, to promote universal eye health and enhance efforts at both regional and national levels to prevent avoidable blindness and visual impairment, according to a press release.
