Pete Davidson is once again trying to dodge questions about his surprisingly A-list dating history.
During the Wednesday, March 26, episode of Netflix’s Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney, fellow guest and comedian Luenell asked Davidson, 31, about his personal life. “I told Pete backstage that I had something to talk to him about,” she explained. “We’ve met now probably about four or five times and we’ve always had a great time. … You are just an average guy, average dude, but you continuously pull all these bad bitches, right?”
Luenell, 66, shared her opinion on Davidson’s exes. “I don’t know that I’ve seen you with any sisters. You’ve probably dated them. I don’t think we’ve seen that,” she quipped, referring to women of color. “Since I don’t get it, I want to know the mystique. You’ve got Kim [Kardashian] and several other people. You’ve got this little supermodel right now.”
Davidson laughed and put his head in his hands when he heard Kardashian’s name, but he played along with the bit. Luenell went on to suggest that Davidson take her on a date “for the research.”
“If that’s what it takes to stop this, yeah,” he awkwardly replied.
John Mulaney attempted to pivot the conversation away from Davidson’s dating life but joked about giving the duo a gift card to a Benihana. Luenell, meanwhile, explained that she wanted to start the show by shooting her shot.

“People do wanna know what is the mystique. Are you super fun? Are you a really good time? … I do not want to sleep with you, I think,” she said as the audience erupted into laughter. “But I do wanna go out. Let’s go out. Ask your little model girlfriend if you can take a sister out.”
Davidson is familiar with fielding questions about his ex-girlfriends. Over the years, Davidson has been linked to Kardashian, 44, Ariana Grande, Phoebe Dynevor and Emily Ratajkowski.
“I’m just very, very honest,” Davidson said during an interview on “The Breakfast Club” in May 2021 when asked about his approach to dating, noting that he isn’t into “playing any of the games” in a relationship. “I think what a lot of people do is they try to put on — not even their best self — but almost a version of themself that they would like to be. And eventually, that will unravel, you know?”
The actor said it’s always important to be honest with a potential partner. “Off the top, I’m like, ‘Hey, I’m nuts. Here’s all my issues. Here’s what I do. Here’s the therapists. This is what happens,’” he continued. “And that can either be a lot for someone … or they could be like, ‘Cool, that was really refreshingly honest.’ Or sometimes it can be a little intense and weird and people can handle that stuff.”
More recently, Davidson dated his Bodies, Bodies, Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders for less than one year before they called it quits in August 2023. He moved on with Madelyn Cline later that year, but the pair split in summer 2024. Earlier this month, Us Weekly confirmed his relationship with model Elsie Hewitt.
“I’m in my 20s and I’ve dated people. And for some reason, that’s very crazy and interesting to people. I don’t think it’s interesting,” Davidson said during a March 2023 episode of the “Real Ones With Jon Bernthal” podcast. “I’ve been in show business for, like, half my life almost — for 14 or 15 years and on a national TV show. In 12 years, I’ve dated 10 people. I don’t think that’s that crazy, but to some people, that’s very interesting. That became all anyone would talk about.”
