Pathrapravarthakan, the mouthpiece of KUWJ, was republished at a meeting held here on Friday (March 21) to remember P.N. Prasannakumar, former president of the union.
Leader of the Opposition V.D. Satheesan., who inaugurated the remembrance meet, recalled Prasannakumar as someone who fought for the rights of journalists. Revenue Minister K. Rajan released the journal by handing over a copy to PM Manoj, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s press secretary.
Veteran Congress leader V.M. Sudheeran delivered the keynote address.
