Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Ponguru Narayana Saturday (March 15) launched an AI-enabled municipal services app, Pura Mitra, during the Swachh Andhra-Swarna Andhra programme in Tanuku in West Godavari district.

According to a release from the department, the app is a one-stop solution for all municipal services. One can lodge grievances, track complaints, make payments and access urban governance services through the app.

Citizens can file complaints relating to issues in water supply, town planning, property tax, administration, engineering, streetlights, public health, sanitation and rainwater drains. Once a complaint is filed, citizens can track its status, too.

One can also apply for various services such as new water supply connections, drain connections, trade licences, birth and death certificates and marriage registrations and can make payments for property taxes, water bills, trade licence renewals, drainage connection charges, property tax revisions and other municipal payments through the app.
