State Bank of India‘s online services are currently experiencing disruptions. User reports indicate widespread issues with online services offered by the bank, including internet banking and mobile banking. According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, reports of problems surged around 3:02 pm IST, with over 800 users reporting issues. Mobile banking is the most affected service (62%), followed by online banking (32%) and online login (6%). SBI has acknowledged these service disruptions and confirmed they are aware of the customer-facing issues.

In a post shared on social media platform X, SBI wrote: “We are facing technical issues in UPI, due to which customers may face intermittent issues in availing UPI services. UPI Services will be resumed by 15:30 Hrs IST dated 11.03.2025. Customers may continue to use UPI lite services for uninterrupted service.”
