Senior IAS officer Ram Prakash Sisodia, a 1991 batch officer and Special Chief Secretary to Government (Land, Registration and Stamps), Revenue Department, is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Handloom and Textiles, I&C Department duly relieving N. Yuvaraj, IAS (2001) from full additional charge. Mr. Sisodia is also relieved from the full additional charge of the post of Director General, Andhra Pradesh Human Resource Development Institute (APHRDI).
Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand issued a G.O. Rt. No. 703 on April 13 (Sunday) transferring the senior bureaucrats.
The transfer of Mr. Sisodia has sparked a debate among the bureaucrats in the Secretariat, who have played a key role in bringing the ‘land reforms’ after the NDA formed the government.
The 1995 batch IAS officer G. Jaya Lakshmi, Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary is placed in full additional charge of the post of Special Chief Secretary to Government (Land, Registration and Stamps), Revenue Department, until further orders.
Mr. Bhaskar Katamneni, Secretary to Government, ITE & C Department, a 2004 batch IAS officer, is placed in full additional charge of the post of Director General, A.P.H.R.D.I., until further orders.
The Chief Secretary, through another G.O. No. 704 gave postings to the waiting IAS officers. Mr. Mutyalaraju Revu, who is waiting for posting, is posted as Commissioner, State Institute of Rural Development, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, duly relieving Mr. B. Mohammed Diwan Mydeen, IFS (2008), from full additional charge.
Ms. K. Madhavi Latha, who is waiting for posting, is posted as CEO, A.P. Rythu Bazar, duly relieving Ms. M. Vijaya Suneetha from full additional charge. The services of Ms. M. Gauthami, who is waiting for posting, are placed at the disposal of Tribal Welfare Department to post her as Secretary, AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (Gurukulam) (APTWREIS), duly relieving Ms. S. Bhargavi from full additional charge.
Mr. Kothamasu Dinesh Kumar, who is also waiting for posting, is posted as Director, Ayush, duly relieving Dr. Manjula D Hosmani, IRS, from full additional charge.
The Services of Dr. K. Neelakanta Reddy, who is waiting for posting, are placed at the disposal of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Dept., to post him as Managing Director, A.P. State Aids Control Society (APSACS), duly relieving Dr. A. Siri from full additional charge.
The senior officials at the Secretariat have informed that massive transfers of the IAS and IPS are under consideration and would take place in the coming days.
