Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has achieved a major milestone, surpassing $30 billion in annual revenue and securing its position as the world’s second-largest IT services brand. As reported by Economic Times, in an internal note to employees, CEO K Krithivasan celebrated the achievement and outlined the company’s vision for continued growth.

The landmark achievement

TCS has reached a brand valuation of $21.3 billion, reinforcing its global leadership in IT services. Krithivasan emphasised that the company’s success is driven by its commitment to innovation, agility, and customer-centric solutions. He stated, “We can continue this momentum,” highlighting TCS’s evolving business narrative, ‘The Perpetually Adaptive Enterprise.’

Leadership changes and strategic focus

As part of its next phase of growth, TCS announced key leadership appointments effective May 1:

  • Aarthi Subramanian will return as President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing three decades of Tata Group experience.
  • Mangesh Sathe has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer, leveraging his expertise in business transformation across Tata Group companies.

Krithivasan reaffirmed TCS’s commitment to “audacious goals that elevate customer success journeys,” emphasising the company’s focus on agility, innovation, and collaboration.
