Newly appointed Vice Chancellor of the Sammakka Sarakka Central Tribal University, Y.L. Srinivas met the Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan along with Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy in New Delhi on Wednesday (March 12, 2025). The Education Minister assured him that the first tribal Central University would be developed on par with other Central universities.
Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy called up the newly appointed Vice Chancellor designate and offered all help from the government for the new University to flourish. The Chief Minister urged him to develop the new University into a good institution so that tribal students can benefit from it. He asked him to come with a roadmap for development and the State government would extend all the help.
